TIWI CULTURAL FESTIVAL

The Tiwi Cultural Festival is logistically complex, requiring barges to transport all equipment, infrastructure, food and crew to the island. Once on the ground, resources are limited, meaning strong planning, clear communication and precise execution are essential.

Our aim was to help the Tiwi Land Council deliver a festival that honoured local culture, arts and tradition. The focus was on providing structure, safety and operational support while empowering community stakeholders to shape the program.

We worked closely with the Land Council to manage pre-event planning, logistics and crew coordination, supporting performances from Tiwi artists and nationally recognised First Nations acts. On the ground we provided an event manager, site crew and artist services manager, ensuring the festival ran smoothly across both years.
